Pros
Good hours, worked in a Sears hometown store. Locally owned and operated, pays alright. Store owners are all great people.
Cons
In hometown, anyway. Constant cutbacks of how local stores are paid. Overboard emphasis on credit and MPA's and not enough emphasis on SALES.
