Pros
I like that I am allowed to work independently sometimes. I'm given a project and I am allowed to come up with my own way of doing the project. It allows for creativity on my part, which is nice.
Cons
Sometimes there aren't enough people to work because we're only given so many hours. At times there is just so much to do, and a deadline is approaching, and I'm having to do the work of two people. I also don't like it that there are no opportunities to get in some overtime. We're only allowed to work 40 hours a week, but it's usually closer to 30 hours. Rarely do we get any more than that.
