      Pros

      None. Used to be a fun and motivating place to work until they brought in a new CEO. Went downhill fast from there.

      Cons

      The company was bought out and they brought in a new CEO and their posse so it's just one giant clique. New CEO is a ghost, forgot he's even part of the company at times. Seems like only Senior management gets the promotions/ raises. Communication is non-existent. Poor culture. Poor growth opportunities just a lot of false promises.

      Team environment. Anyone can contribute good ideas no matter position level. Awesome product.

      A lot of really talented individual contributors Middle management are great

      Cons

      Executive leadership doesn't care about staff at all. Just profits by any means. Company lacks direction and planning, as a result of senior leadership. CEO and CTO do not respect women in positions of power. Way too much time wasted due to lack of direction and commitment to a solid plan.
