So there are a few points I would like to present in this review that are as follows:- 1) How this Ceva logistic project is run:- There is an web app developed and used in this project which is Searce’s in house application this is not maintained and has issues on daily basis from a very basic issue like delivery to customer which is why this application is built in the first place. There is atleast 3 days in a week that my team and me have to extend our work hours just to resolve such issues. 2) Recognition and Work Load: As there are issues on daily basis here and the management ignores all the issues and forces the employees to work manually if the automations are not working properly and even if you complete the targets manually in time extending your work hours there is no recognition or rewarding system here all your hardwork and efforts are ignored by the management. 3) Salary and Benefits: So after consideration the amount of workload and pressure involved in this job role they must be paying a good salary? well that is absolutely not the case at all. As this a bit of technical role and need to hire people with similar skills which is also not the criteria here they hire freshers with a very basic salary which is near about 2.2LPA and there us absolutely no chance of growth in this project even if you are a high performing employee the efforts go unrecognised and unappreciated. There are no benefits provided to employees in this project which are basic like cab services and female employees are expected to do night shifts. Being in a technical team we are not even offered new laptops we are offered used laptops which have a low performance rate and hampers the productivity but ultimately this does not affect the management as long as you put your own time Outside office hours to complete the assigned tasks. There is also no room for growth for those who thought that they can grow here as an working professional no new skills can be learned here as management has no such programs and no initiative is taken to push new skills learning as there would be no time from handling the internal issues.
