Hmm where do I start? First of all, I was quite good student in a very impressive college. I joined Searce from campus placements. I only saw CTC they were offering and sat for interviews and that was the biggest mistake I ever made! Please black list this company if possible. I know review seems too harsh to begin with but it is the truth. My team: No growth opportunity. You work with chemical and EC engineers. Very few CS IT guys. I was sent to client location for indefinite period of time, which is forced upon. So I am now sitting on client's location everyday and have least contact with Searce! Manager: If a chair is in Searce for 3 years, they would make it a manager and make everyone to listen to that chair. Not a single good enough manager to look up to. Team has no idea where things are going and you learn nothing at all. Salary: CTC is smartly structured to drain your money. In hand salary is very less compared to CTC. No increment at all no matter you work above everyone's level and be the best in entire organization. Salary date is changed like baby's diapers and they will say it's company policies. Hence, ultimately salary will be delayed every month by 1 day for no reasons. HR and others: They don't revert to your queries ever! Reimbursements and other such processes take months to come! They will forget to share important documents with you and instead will do lots of useless activities in office. No responsibility at all. Attendance and leave policies: They are egregious. Some 20 leaves per year only! Salary management in days of your unapproved leaves is very unfavorable to employee . Also, even if you finish your work or don't have a work for a day, you still have to sit 10 hours a day. Food and transportation: Food is extremely poor in quality and taste and transportation is too costly. Stupid policies and rude behavior of drivers. In general this company doesn't care about employee. And never listens to anything one has to say. I'm not sure how this company is still functional! The teams I know do work which can be done better by some 12th standard kid in less time! Lots of people leave the company within a year or so. At least 1-2 persons per week will leave. Sometimes new joinees leave the company in a week also!
