Pros

I cannot think of one pro

Cons

This place was the closest thing I've seen to Dante's 9th circle of Hell. They were so short staffed it was IMPOSSIBLE to give adequate care to each patient, I felt I was in danger of losing my certification. I was so stresssed out, in the short time I was there I had to skip my lunch breaks just to attempt to get to all of the patients. There is no one to help you, you are lifting and turning grown full sized people by yourself with no help so kiss your back goodbye. you also have to pass out food trays. In addition this is an upscale place so you have to act like a butler. They would ask you to work doubles which is insane, thats like a 18 hour shift. the pay for such hard work is abhorent, like 11 bucks an hour, especially for what they charge these people to live there, they have the money to pay more they are just cheap. Evil evil evil.
