Pros
Wfh, autonomy depending on department. COO is great. I think a lot of the good depends on the department you work for. I can honestly say my manager is extremely caring, meets with me weekly and reviews my career trajectory and projection, gives me consistent goals, and I am aware of what I need to do to improve and hit milestones. She is also available to me daily if I need anything. I think a majority of these reviews are from the sales teams which do seem to have some issues but I have never experienced those myself.
Cons
Benefits are better than they used to be, and you can see that middle management is trying to make a difference, but things seem to die at the executive level, leaving benefits still substandard to others in our space.
