While we are undergoing challenges in a competitive industry, we remain committed to improving our product and maintaining transparency. Our focus on fast growth and innovation has inevitably led to rapid changes but we are continuously working to strike a balance between long-term strategy and the need for short-term progress. Quick wins, when aligned with strategic goals, are essential in adapting to industry shifts.
While we strive to offer consistent feedback and guidance through regular 1:1s, we also wish you would have voiced your concerns with our HR team either directly or confidentially while you were still here so we could have had the opportunity to change your experience and perspective.
We want to clarify that letting teammates go and performance reviews are always handled with a great deal of thought and consideration. We understand the human impact of these decisions, and while it may have been frustrating to see changes happening quickly, they were made with the long-term success of both the company and employees in mind.
