Pros
- great training process - great virtual work environment - so many opportunities for advancement and growth - not only opportunities, but there's people getting promoted every week! - strong management. the best i've ever been around in my young career. -top notch work life balance. they don't allow you to be on your work pc or work chat outside of work hours - recognition of team members is amazing
Cons
- intense cold calling (not for the weak minded) - if you are afraid of zoom and team calls, then don't work here or get used to it - no company phone. it would be nice :(
