SDR team is absolutely god awful and the AE's have to rely on them to hit their numbers.
The outbound SDR's literally could careless if a meeting is qualified they're just throwing crap at a wall and hopping it sticks. No disco no qualification just autobook and pray. AND THE SDR MANAGERS PROMOTE THIS.
The prospects show up on a call and say "i don't even want to be here the SDR just wouldn't stop calling me"
