      Cons

      You're a number in their mind. Act like they really care about your well being but just want to see numbers. Cut throat.

      Pros

      There's always movement, always something going on, no one gets bored here.

      Cons

      Everything's moving fast, changes happen all the time, and it's extremely chaotic!! If you aren't used to a fast paced work environment, this will be very exhausting and stressful for you!! Even management can't handle the chaos here!!
