Being a recent grad, my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. Every employee is here to help you succeed and give a helping hand when needed. The growth I've witnessed is fast and you can climb the ladder fairly quickly. Pay is good, the stay-at-home life is a luxury and this opportunity has helped tremendously start my sales career. Pitching a meeting for a platform that your passionate about makes selling a lot easier.
Cons
Lots of changes happening at once but that's what happens when you work for a start-up. At first, I thought being remote would be a con since I always imagined myself in office for my first job, but the culture has made me feel as close to my employees as possible. Do wish I could grab drinks and food with them all.
