My experience was terrible due to constant micromanagement and a management style that often felt unsupportive. The overall environment felt unhealthy and high pressure. There were daily on-camera meetings and required attendance in meetings unrelated to my role, which significantly reduced time available for actual work. During onboarding, little to no time was provided for research or learning, yet full delivery expectations were set almost immediately. The workload consistently exceeded realistic bandwidth, with expectations that felt as though the role required more than a standard workday to complete. This often resulted in 10–12 hour days.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
