Some teams at the critical path are consistently under-staffed while some other teams are bloated and let people sit idle for weeks/months.

Product of data center in a box was revolutionary. Team was experienced and was able to get several new versions released quickly.

Like most startups only the founders, investors and a few VPs get the tremendous financial rewards. Everybody else nets about the same in total benefits when compared to a larger company.
