Business outlook

Pros

- daily catered food - snacks and stocked kitchen - innovative and disruptive product (if you can get someone to teach it to you/demo it 'properly'; all the reps have 'their own way') - some truly great individual contributors work for this org (like me, one of the unlucky ones suckered into this company)

Cons

- everything you'd want in a company where you can grow is absent (leadership, direction, integrity, hard work, opportunity, recognition, feedback) - executive leadership cannot align, creating havoc for everyone under the C-level/VP "leadership" (or lack thereof) - literally no one knows what they're doing (from the Top to the Bottom); you'll find a lot of people with flashy titles, but no one who can actually do their title - Can't seem to get away from the Summer Riff of 2016. Seems like this company has a "riff" every year - PEOPLE ARE RUNNING AWAY! - BS titles, quotas and sales revenue numbers - toxic culture (sexual harassment complaints fall on deaf ears at various levels - Manager, Director, and VP)

Thank you for your feedback. In the last six months, we’ve made some sweeping changes throughout the organization, including a change in leadership and rebrand from Interana to Scuba Analytics.
