Executive team cares about their employees, nice co-workers and super location in Summerlin.

Parking can be trying at times, hard to find. Vertical career advances can be almost impossible to attain. Sometimes not a whole lot of inter-department communications.

The environment was great- owners very much took care of employees. The management was extremely helpful- great at promoting from within

They were sold (aquired?) by owners to another company- everything went downhill- management became absolutely insane - there was this whole competition thing with home office - they were constantly trying to catch mistakes the other team made.
