To reiterate the CEO's post under the Benefits section, "We are a very well structured company and as we grow, it is necessary to change structure as positions open. We strive to promote from with in and do our best to give clarity on objectives, roles and responsibilities. We are laser focused on the residential commercial screen business and the residential and commercial motorized window covering business." As economy and demand changes, so must SI. The CEO also must report to and follow the instructions of the owners and investors of Screen Innovations. Through these changes there has been a lot of improvement in company culture, company benefits, salary increases, job promotions, etc. - all which directly and positively impact the employees. So yes, change can be difficult, but it can also be positive over time.

It's unfortunate that there are people resistant to change, who become disgruntled and look to paint a good company in a bad light.
