Pros
Camaraderie from some colleagues. Some very talented and capable people, unfortunately their skills are wasted here many becoming frustrated and leaving.
Cons
Run like a dictatorship. Erratic constantly changing plans, lack of clarity and direction, no empowerment. Very poor culture, appalling and sometimes inappropriate (non-professional) senior management style. Extremely high staff turnover and staff dissatisfaction across all levels. CEO is Robert Rawlinson, not Paul Rawlins as listed.
