Based out of Ohio where ppl don't mean a darn. Management is inexperienced and deferrs issues instead of addressing them. Appoints maintenance to solve issues but will not work with maintenance and most importantly sees maintenance as subservient to the production workers. Oh, expect to be their servant for lack of words i can put on here. Mandatory 60hr weeks are the norm.
