Great benefits--401k, paid vacation and sick days, onsite gym and health center
Cons
Managers don't see lower levels as equals, competition/distrust occurs between and within departments. People try to get ahead by gossiping and making others look bad. Managers spy on their workers and rule with fear rather than any actual leading talent. You are expected to get there early and leave late--anything less is seen as not being committed to the company, even if you have a family at home waiting for you. The turnover rate in my department was 50% over the last year, and I'm surprised it's not higher.
