Pros
Free staff parking, that's all
Cons
10 hour shifts with only one 10 minute break and a 30 minute lunch. You don't get paid any extra for working unsociable hours. Expected to work 10 hours on Christmas day for no extra pay even if you have children. Certain managers are useless and can barely spell their own name. They use inexperienced call centre agents as "trainers" for new starts so they don't have to hire someone with experience in this field. I had the most clueless young girl who spent more time putting her makeup on and plucking her eyebrows instead of explaining the job. She was the first red flag. The second red flag was that there was a group of protesters outside the building the day I started who were just treated like dirt by the security stagg I was also told to deny that we were Scottish Power on the phone to customers (???) I left sharply as this company is a sham.
