No business goals to adhere to Outdated technology Outdated business processes Lack of engagement High turnover of employees Toxic environment with no consistency Has the potential to be a great business and employer but management ethology and practice have made some knowledgeable colleagues leave the business across all areas. No training for new joiners, poor on-boarding Invest in good quality on-boarding and cover in-depth product knowledge with an excel spreadsheet matrix rather than just winging it.

The salary is good compared to industry standard. Good benefits too such as private healthcare and decent pension.

A toxic company culture whilst trying to maintain a ‘keeping up appearances’ front. Management are aware of issues brought to their attention by their staff but don’t seem to want to resolve them. Happy to promote the most incompetent and unfortunately anyone actually good at their job leaves. Awful communication and even worse organisation. No real career progression unless you’re a yes man or so awful they bump you upstairs.
