Pros
The firm give you as much responsibility and autonomy as necessary to succeed. You can rise and fall at your own discretion. Everyone is affable and caring, but the power structure is quite rigid.
Cons
The room for advancement is limited as there are a lot of partners for a firm of its size. Resources are support staff is limited as well. Pay is less than competing securities/antitrust plaintiff firms.
