Lack of support from manager Poor company benefits

There isn’t any pros to working at Scott Rees

There is no management system in place, the lack of organisation is disgraceful, they work you to death with no work life balance, the pay is extremely low for the additional work they expect of you especially outside of work hours with no additional pay offered for overtime. The way management speak to their staff is disgusting and complaints made to HR go un-actioned.
