- Toxic Environment - Backstabbing - Preferential treatment - Bullying and Harassment (to the extreme) - You need to have a friend to move up - If management know less than you, is better for you to keep quite and your mouth shut - HR and ER are of no help, they work for Scotiabank and the employee is at their bottom of their concerns - Anything you say will be use against you, and if you go to the higher levels, they will support anyone who is above you, at the end you are all alone.
