Pros

It was a great place to learn and the schedule was really flexible. My boss was also kind and understanding when I needed anything.

Cons

Bad micromanagement, most of the time you are on your own. They let me go in a massive layoff after months where I asked if everything was fine or if I could improve something.

Pros

I think it is so easy to criticize a company as innovative and forward-looking as Scorpion. It’s easy to lose sight of what it means to be working for a real visionary in the industry. There is no one else in this entire space who is even thinking the way that the CEO and other executive leaders are. If being the best possible solution for the types of businesses this company serves isn’t for you, there are plenty of smaller companies that don’t do any of this revolutionary stuff you can go work for.

Cons

Yes, tools break and people make mistakes. But they also get fixed and people do listen.
