Preciate is an amazing company to work for if you are looking to learn and grow in an exciting industry. You learn new things everyday from the other people on the team. There is an overall positive company culture and our team is very close considering we are all distributed. The leadership team listens and actively works to make the employee experience better and better. As a remote company, working locations and schedules are entirely flexible which really helps in maintaining a good work/life balance. Unlimited PTO is another pro!

Be prepared to be resourceful. Preciate is a fast-paced work environment and because it is remote there is not a hold of hand-holding, even with new hires.

They are Flexible in hours.

They allow teachers to make things up about you and will honor their request to not invite you back to the school so you will loose out on hours and have to drive far away just to work and you won’t get paid more for the drive. So you can expect to get up at 5 am and not be home until 6pm with traffic days.
