Pros
All things considered I made good friends here that were in the same position as me. Half day fridays during the summer were needed to just get out. I gained a set of skills which allowed me to leave. Food trucks on Fridays were a nice effort to raise moral, but ineffective. If you stick it out and get lucky with jobs you're given, you can make legitimate money. 401k match on commission actually is a huge bonus.
Cons
Some of these reviews are 100% accurate, specifically the ones focusing on slandering, bullying, identity theft, etc. Management could have made this a good job but loves their power trips. Once managment realized the honestly of reviews, people were "asked" to make accounts to get the rating up. NOT A LIE. There were no responses to any reviews until their rating had been eviscerated. Middle management talked about the reviews and laughs about the honesty. Threats of staplers being thrown at people, threats of fist fights, and legitimate intimidation tactics were the norm from middle management all while a blind eye is turned from above. The advertised 830 to 430 day is a joke. Show up at 830 and you get "talked to," and you're on call literal all hours of the day. Who doesnt love getting texts at 630 in the morning for something that can wait until in person? And the best/worst. Unlimited sick days, where if you took a sick day you were scrutinized and checked in on. All while offering a massive TEN paid days off, which were also scrutinized when taken.
