Pros

A fast-paced, engaging and challenging work environment Ethical business practices, overselling is absolutely not approved Talented and passionate C-suite Focused and collaborative colleagues Talent is recognised and nurtured Expanding rapidly with new deals - They are going places A "let's get it done" mentality Great benefits Family comes first mentality for work-life management Fast-paced and results orientated

Cons

If you are looking for an easy ride, then this is not the company for you Fast-paced and results orientated - if you don't want to be visible this isn't the right place for you

Pros

Everyone's smart and driven, making it a cool place to work. The product we're working on is super innovative, always pushing the envelope. I love that we're not just here for a job; there's a strong mission that everyone believes in. It's not just work; it's a shared passion, and that makes all the difference.

Cons

While it's an awesome place, it's fair to mention that, like most startups, there's a hefty load of responsibility on each person. It's not a laid-back gig; you've got to be seriously invested in your career and motivated to improve every single day. The startup vibe means you wear many hats, which isn't everyone's cup of tea. It's not a 9-to-5 deal; it demands dedication. So, if you're into a bit of challenge and growth, it's cool, but it's not your typical easygoing workplace.

Pros

Salary was pretty good, and benefits were okay.

Cons

I was here for a little over a year. There were so many layoffs during my time here. After each series of layoffs, leadership would say "this won't happen again", yet it continued to happen. Leadership was toxic, and big projects kept getting pushed back. There was no room for growth. This company is going downhill fast.
