Working with kids is fun. I got to do a lot of cool science experiments. I was given feedback on ways to improve. Feedback was provided in a constructive and non-judgmental way.

Sometimes working with large groups of kids can get overwhelming. But management is supportive. I worked at the summer camps. In rare cases the activities provided were not enough to fill a whole day. The co-instructor and I had to come up with additional activities and games to engage the kids.
