there are no pros and I cannot believe it's still existing

firstly they treat humans like printing machines. make them clock 8 hours everyday thinking that they will squeeze out proportional X amount of creative content output in Y hours. they think they just got to control the Y variable, that is make sure everybody is clocking exactly 8 hours. secondly they make you work 6 days of week and you will spend at least 10 to 12 hours in the office everyday. the business is a family run cartel and there is no revenue. this product has been in development since the last 10 years and it will continue to be. they think they are just looking for that one Rockstar employee which will change their course of direction but it will actually never come since their whole foundation is flawed.

Operations can be improved a lot
