I have never felt more welcome by a new company by every single person at a new job. From top to bottom, once they commit to hiring somebody they will give you all the tools and support to succeed. Very rare in todays competitive marketplace.

I have not come across any negatives during my training and development. High expectations but they provide the tools and support system to succeed.
