Pros

I've only been with Schneider a short time but the onboarding was great. Access to Sr Management including the CEO is rare. I believe folks at Schneider genuinely want you to contribute.

Cons

None that I have seen.

Pros

Positive Work Environment: Schneider Geospatial is genuinely a great company to work for, fostering a supportive atmosphere. Engaging Industry: The local government industry itself is a rewarding and stable sector to be involved in. Visionary Leadership: Our CEO is incredibly passionate about growth and consistently makes time for employees, demonstrating strong leadership. Experienced Team: The company boasts a significant number of long-term employees, with many having been here for 15+ years, which speaks volumes about the culture and stability. Rapid Growth & Strong Offerings: Schneider has been in full growth mode over the past 2-3 years, driven by three robust product pillars: parcel management, asset management, and online permitting. This provides exciting opportunities for innovation and impact.

Cons

Growth Pains: The rapid growth, while positive, has led to some "growing pains" as the company scales. This can present challenges, but they are generally seen as healthy signs of expansion. Unique Sales Cycle: For those new to the local government sector, the sales cycle can be quite long and, at times, frustrating. It's definitely a relationship-driven sales role, requiring patience and a focus on building long-term client connections rather than quick transactions. This might not be for everyone coming from a different sales background.
