      Pros

      You'll find good people, and most people will help you out if needed - this goes pretty far up the ladder for the Chicago Office. If logistics is your thing, and you enjoy it your people are here. Talk to people about logistics, log what you're talking about,ensure that the loads you're assigned to are excecuting, ensure things are being billed properly, that customers are being attended to, service is improving/above KPIs, and you'll find a home here.

      Cons

      Taking off 1 star for the salary compare to work expectations, and because additional work is being created without receiving anything back from it. Another one for the lackluster benefits package compare to its cost.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
