      Pros

      Good Company to work for with a decent salary and good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are many unknowns in projects, but it does not have to be that way (at least not all the time). Most of the work is outsourced to other divisions as each division "owns" a piece of key technology.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
