The company culture and leadership really does a great job at making this organization more than a place you work. Some managers I’ve heard are iffy, but most are great leaders. Also the lunch at the cafeteria is amazing!
Cons
Pay and benefits tend to be lower and less competitive than nearby competitors. It takes a lot for salary increases. 401k was okay and same with PTO but nothing too great.
