Pros

fair benefits, good work hours, except they literally kick you out when the day is over no-one is allowed to stay late, so if you are trying to finish up a project you have to wait until the next day, no access to organizations website.

Cons

job descriptions somewhat not quite what the jobs states had 3 job options but when it came to the interview only said one job was available, but NOT true since the other position had not been filled once I was hired

Pros

The clients were great people to work with, my immediate supervisor was great at breaking down the process of the intricate state reports and answering questions along the way, there was encouragement and autonomy in reaching out to perspective employers on the behalf of the clients

Cons

The interoffice dynamics were incredibly toxic. The pay and small print on the benefits were obviously not the only reason for a high turnover in the one department. Emergency services, housing and Head Start had happy people in well lit recently painted and carpeted office space. Employment services was anxiety ridden, dark and old. It didn't have so much as a window or a quiet place for clients to take a qualifying exam. They counseled clients to work issues out directly with fellow employees first and then go to higher ups but practiced the reverse.
