It is a wonderful place to grow. The role itself is flexible, has great pay and you will work alongside some wonderful and talented people. This role will challenge you and give you opportunities that no other role can.

The trainer role is unsustainable. You can't do it forever. There needs to be a better way to leverage trainers' experience and talent.

If you are looking for a company with a lot of internal training to set you up for business consulting success in private practice, this is the place to work! What you teach and consult clients to do works and it is an extremely rewarding job. Awesome leadership, CEO is on fire for things to be continuously improved, and the clients are amazing.

With the continuous improvement, things can sometimes feel a bit back and forth on instructions and client services/delivery. It’s an environment where you just learn to go with the flow and bend with the changes. Not necessarily a bad thing, just prepare yourself to not be too regimented in your processes or way of doing things.
