Schaerer USA has an entire new executive team, bringing a lot of positive change to the daily work environment. The open door policy is extremely helpful and creates efficient team work. We recently moved to a new facility with an open office space.
Cons
The company relocated from Long Beach to Tustin so the commute is longer.
