      Large company with possibilities for advancement and career opportunities both within your own area and if you would like to change your path. Quite slow tempo, could be seen as a pro/con

      Cons

      Collegues, culture etc. People are nice in general but thats about it, Would not recommend it for the culture or if you value that.

      Pros

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
