      Pros

      Good benefits, especially paid free time (every worked week gives 82 minutes of paid absence) and salary when on parental leave. A lot of freedom to choose your career path within the company. No problem what so ever to change positions.

      Cons

      Big company means long lead times. A lot of communication that need to happen before things get rolling.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
