      Poor management Poor culture Very shifty management- make people redundant and reemploy under new title, bully people out and bribe people to leave. If you speak up you become a target Crappy pay with no appreciation High turnover

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
