      Scania has a very permissive culture which helps foster innovation and thinking outside of the box. It is a very collaborative environment. Scania always strives for continuous improvement and treat its employees with respect.

      Cons

      As most large companies change takes time and it can sometimes be frustrating to wait for a change when you know what needs to be done.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
