Pros
Really live by their values like "respect for the individual" etc. Low risk of loosing your work. Many possibilities to try different positions or do management career.
Cons
Low understanding of the importance of IT and the need for modern trends like open source, big data, cloud etc. Many parts doping "innovation" stuck in inferior tech like Microsoft. Kompensation is so and so with very low bonus (that is the same for all employees irespective of salary or personal goals) .
