- Remote working + diversity put together often led to clashes, culture became increasingly hostile - Internal communication difficult - "Tech Bro" culture

Interns have the possibility to learn a lot from the unique startup environment of ScanTrust by being assigned various responsibilities. It is also important to mention that the team is fantastic and the founders are concerned about the well-being of the employees. Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity and a great experience both professionally and socially.

Sometimes it could be chaotic but it is normal due to the startup environment.
