Interview
The interview is always quickly conducted with whoever you'll be reporting to. For technical roles, a lot of trust and good faith is given to the people interviewing and for commercial roles character and presence are very important.

Question 1
How would you plan the commercialization efforts for the companies products and services over the next quarter, the next year?
It was a little informal. I was interviewing for a different role but just so happened to bring up that I was into UX so they were willing to accommodate me and have me interview with their designer. It was a relatively easy process.

Interview
The interview process took several rounds.
The first one was a screening call with the company's CTO, Then it was followed by 2 technical interviews with the engineering team, one with the CEO, and the final was onsite at the company's headquarters.
