Pros

Flexible hours and working independently. Basic tasks are easy to learn. I made a fair wage and liked the extra pocket change.

Cons

Tedious, repetitive and sometimes unpredictable. Hours can drastically vary week to week, without any real warning. Zero in-person training. Navigating the app during special projects is confusing.

Pros

This position allows some freedom with your time and schedule, just as long as all regular weekly assignments, and special assignments are completed in full and on time.

Cons

Being a Field Service Representative requires a Lot of physical activity for long periods of time. Not suggested if you have back issues, or have problems standing or lifting heavy items. Some items to be scanned will be on the top shelf, shoved way in the back that require extra effort to ensure proper data gets collected.
