I've seen a negative post here that prompted me to create an account and provide an honest, impartial review as a current employee. I don't understand who is posting these inaccurate reviews, as they don't reflect my experience at all after years with the company. Each morning, we have a check-in with our direct team lead, where any issues are addressed. 3XS Leadership genuinely care about our well-being, both inside and outside of work, and I feel supported when I need to raise any concerns. We also have an internal 3XS Hub with numerous available positions and clear opportunities for career progression. I find it hard to believe the claim otherwise, as they are simply not true. I'd encourage the person to look inwards. Stay out of our slipstream🚀!
