Really chill culture. People are super nice. I and my friends had a great summer working and learning here. I learned options theories, shadowed the traders, and did lots of interesting projects with them. Lunch is super good, booked from different restaurants every day.

If the company's traders follow industry-standard processes when writing code, their efficiency will be higher. The provided housing is a little bit far away from the firm.
