Great Place to Grow! - Consultant ScaleSec Employee Review

As an engineer turned consultant, this has been the best of both worlds. I get to learn great consulting skills on the job while having the opportunities to flex my engineering muscles from time to time. I get to do a lot with infrastructure as code and programming (primarily Python). The best thing about ScaleSec is being able to work with a great group of people. If you communicate to management, they will put you on projects that expand your breath of consulting skills. They listen and provide feedback. They are transparent when it comes to sales pipeline, business goals, and so on. Pay and benefits are great too!
